The Como Women's football team, which is competing in the Serie A league for the first time this season, has decided to use the Howdy Senior wearable monitoring system for its players.

ComfTech technology is at the side of the athletic and medical staff to allow an objective and non-invasive assessment of the athletes' state of psycho-physical well-being.

The system is used to measure the HRV (Heart Rate Variability) parameter on a daily basis, in order to create a baseline that allows the staff to assess the real physical condition of the athletes and thus create customised and appropriate training programmes.

The staff chose to initially involve a sample of 10 female athletes, selected to cover different use cases: players returning from injury, players with large playing time and work volumes, and players travelling with their national teams, in order to test remote monitoring as well.

The partnership between ComfTech and Como Women confirms the common drive towards innovation in the sporting field, with the aim of achieving ambitious results.
