ASL 5 Spezzino participated at 20\u00b0 Forum Risk Management in Sanit\u00e0 in Arezzo<\/a> presenting the poster Progetto SFIDA: innovazione digitale e valutazione infermieristica per la sicurezza del paziente anziano fragile<\/em><\/a> (SFIDA Project: digital innovation and nursing assessment for the safety of frail elderly patients) dedicated to the project SFIDA Smart Frail Individuals Data Analysis<\/a>, funded by Fondo Europeo di Sviluppo Regionale 2021-2027 \u2013 OS 1.1 \u2013 Azione 1.1.1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The contribution was presented in the category DM 77\/2022: New organizational models for population medicine<\/em>, as part of the Officina delle Idee, a forum for discussion dedicated to healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SFIDA <\/a>project, implemented in the ASL 5 local health authority area, combines traditional clinical assessments, Adapted Physical Activity, and the use of wearable digital technologies<\/strong>.
Nella fase pilota, condotta su un gruppo di 37 anziani frequentanti i corsi AFA, \u00e8 stato utilizzato il dispositivo Howdy Senior<\/a> <\/strong>di ComfTech per rilevare parametri relativi alla stabilit\u00e0, al passo e alle oscillazioni corporee<\/strong>, permettendo di identificare precocemente <\/strong>profili di instabilit\u00e0 <\/strong>e suggerire interventi personalizzati<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the pilot phase, conducted on a group of 37 elderly people attending APA courses, ComfTech’s Howdy Senior<\/a> device <\/strong>was used to detect parameters relating to stability, gait, and body sway<\/strong>, allowing for the early identification of instability<\/strong> profiles and the suggestion of personalized interventions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The preliminary data<\/strong> collected, which highlight an average risk of falling and a high prevalence of multimorbidity, confirm the relevance of the model proposed in the SFIDA <\/a>project<\/strong> as an innovative tool for prevention, safety, and proactive management of frailty in the community. The role of the Family and Community Nurse is central<\/strong>, guiding the process of monitoring and health education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participation in the Forum represents an important opportunity to showcase the work carried out within the SFIDA <\/a>project<\/strong> and to compare it with other national experiences in order to contribute to the development of organizational models consistent with Ministerial Decree 77\/2022 and with the prospects for digital healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
